Just for my personal use I am putting up my weight loss goal here so I can stay focused. I am planning on trying to lose 8lbs by Thanksgiving.
I am going to do this using a combination of a product called Slimvia and exercise. I hired a personal trainer at a local gym and am going to try really hard to watch everything that I eat!
I’ll probably gain it all back on Thanksgiving day but that’s okay!!! If this method works I will continue to exercise and do everything like before and before I know it I’ll be back to the way I was before I had my children (or maybe even before that!)
Here goes… I am starting today.
